Chris Jacobs is the lead consultant specialising in customer loyalty programmes and CRM. He has worked in
systems for over 35 years, the last 15 of which have been exclusively in consumer-focused marketing
applications. He has been personally involved in the design and implementation of over 90 customer loyalty/CRM schemes.
He knows what works in customer loyalty, and what doesn't. He is familiar with most of the customer loyalty and CRM solutions
that are available and can offer practical advice on their strengths and weaknesses.
Chris graduated in Computational and Statistical Science. He held a number of Board positions at Thorn EMI
Software before forming his own retail consultancy company, which was subsequently acquired by a UK plc.
He founded Loyalty Logic in 1997 and remained as Managing Director until it was merged within The Logic
Group in January 2006.
Chris is a Fellow of The Institute of Direct Marketing.
